Our enquiry form collects business contact information: your name, business email, brokerage name, province or territory, professional role, the service you're interested in, approximate file volume, typical file type, an optional description, and your consent to be contacted.

Our hosting provider may also process standard technical data such as IP address and browser information in server logs.

The public enquiry form must not be used to submit borrower documentation or sensitive financial information, including names of borrowers, SINs, application numbers, bank statements, tax returns, or identification. Materials for an assignment are exchanged only through a separately agreed secure channel.

We use enquiry information to respond to your enquiry, assess whether we can help, and confirm scope and fees. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
